UPDATE MARCH 2011:

I took almost two years off from the show ring and breeding, but now plan to become active again. During this time, I did not maintain the website, but I did keep the JuneauChis email address and stayed in contact with the wonderful people I had met through the years. During this time I enjoyed just living with my dogs.

WHAT'S IN A NAME?

You may notice the addition of "Debrocar" at the top of this page. I was told many years ago by a respected Pekingese breeder that when looking for a kennel name choose something close to your heart. I chose "Juneau" for a pet that is no longer with us, but still lives in our hearts. I created the website and became known as "Juneau Chihuahuas". Unfortunately, it is not this simple. Phonetically, Juneau was not a name that I could register with the Canadian Kennel Club (CKC) as it was too close to other names that had been registered in the past. It took a lot of thought before I came up with "Debrocar". The name was available to be Registered with CKC and it is also dear to me as it is a play on my children's names.

It is my intent to keep both names on this website and maintain the JuneauChis email address to keep things simple.

I added the domain  www.debrocar.com  for new friends I hope to meet in the years to come who will know my dogs as "Debrocar". Both domains will link directly to this website.

Please enjoy the website that I created years ago to brag about my dogs. I truly cannot express how much happiness the dogs have brought to our family.
